Processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Customs
Orders within the EU have no customs fees. For destinations outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email keptcamera@outlook.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it can't be found.
