30 days to change your mind, free
The law gives you 14 days. We give you 30 days from delivery to return any item for any reason, and we pay the return postage.
How to return
- Email keptcamera@outlook.com with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form below.
- We send you a prepaid return label [CONFIRM: prepaid label and carrier] and the return address [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS IN FRANCE / EU].
- Pack the camera with its accessories and send it within 14 days of telling us.
Refunds
We refund the full price you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we receive the item back, or proof that you sent it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to check it works. Taking a few test photos is fine.
Faulty or damaged camera
Every camera is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If yours stops working or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a short description. We replace or repair it at no cost to you, including postage. No proof videos needed.
