1. Seller
These terms apply to all purchases made on keptcamera.com from [INSERT COMPANY NAME], [INSERT REGISTERED ADDRESS], SIRET [INSERT SIRET], email keptcamera@outlook.com ("kept.", "we"). They apply to consumers buying for personal use.
2. Products
We sell the kept. screen-free digital camera and related accessories. Product photos are as accurate as possible; small differences in colour may occur on screen.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs, which are shown before you pay. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Ordering
You place an order by adding products to your cart, entering your details, choosing a delivery method, paying and confirming. We email you to confirm your order. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We keep a record of the order and you can ask us for a copy.
5. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see your full card details.
6. Delivery
See our Shipping page for delivery areas, times and costs. Risk passes to you when you or a person you designate takes physical possession of the goods. If your parcel arrives damaged, please tell us within 7 days so we can help.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days) and our 30-day returns
By law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason (Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code). We extend this to 30 days as a commercial gesture and pay the return postage. See Returns & refunds for how to return an item and the model withdrawal form.
8. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity you may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions set by law, and you do not have to prove the defect existed at delivery if it appears within 24 months. 11. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first. You may then use the consumer mediator named in our Legal notice, free of charge. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent French courts.
